Our ultra spacious deluxe suites range in size from 303 square feet to 445 square feet. Each of our suites feature personalized heating and cooling systems, window coverings, and the option of a kitchenette. Residents that need more space may bundle adjacent rooms together. We also highly encourage our residents to bring their own furnishings and make their living space truly unique.
All of Abington Manor's rooms have gorgeous French windows, each featuring a different panorama of the landscape surrounding Morgan Hill. Our living areas offer all the privacy you want along with all the comfort you deserve.
Social Lounge & Library
Each floor has a comfortable, professionally decorated common lounge where residents may gather to chat with friends and neighbors. In addition, residents have access to a library area with books, magazines, and computer stations with internet access.
A larger activity room is centrally located on the second floor and includes a large screen television, radio, cards, games, and other fun activities.
On our premises, we provide banking services, a barber & beauty salon, a sunroom for private family parties, a wrap-around outside sun deck, and more.

Dining Room
Abington Manor has a spacious dining room with french windows on all three sides, offering a beautiful panoramic view of Morgan Hill. Our professionally trained chef plans holiday and seasonal specials for the occasion and celebration. We encourage residents to invite guests to visit and share in the enjoyment of our delicious meals!
Sun Room and Porch
Residents enjoy spending leisure time at Morgan Hill, whether enjoying our spacious sun porch, taking in the view from our second floor deck or by taking a stroll to the nearby stores. Our facility is conveniently located near the Delaware Water Gap, shopping malls, restaurants and the Morgan Hill Golf Course.
On-Site Wellness and Rehab Center
We have a professional rehabilitation center right here, on-site, at the Abington Manor. Services provided are: OT - Occupational Therapy, PT - Physical Therapy, and Speech Therapy.
Whether needing rehab after a hospital stay or ongoing strengthening therapy, your unique needs will be met by us. Our rehab center hosts regularly-scheduled educational seminars to help each person make proper choices and positive health adjustments for daily vitality and strength.
